“Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay My stay at the Holiday Inn in the Marana/Tucson area was a complete contrast to other experiences I’ve had while traveling. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk agent was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. After a long drive, that kind of service really matters. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. The hotel itself was well maintained, and everything was exactly as advertised. I felt valued as a guest, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through the Marana/Tucson area—especially if you’re looking for reliable service and a comfortable place to rest.”

“We stayed March 31-April 1 2026 We received a warm welcome by Viviana who went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. I had recently added the IHG app and had some difficulty making the reservation under the flex one rate. We are from Canada and the rate I was seeing was in Canadian dollars, but the conversion was not adding up with the US$ rates online. Viviana sorted it out. I was very grateful for her help and patience. The bed was comfy, blankets, pillows and towels were all great and the hotel is very clean. The staff are all friendly and work hard especially Viviana and the very kind man in the breakfast room. Breakfast was also the best we have had at a hotel in a long time. Great selection and the gentleman heard me looking for fruit and brought me a nice selection. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back for sure.”

“My stay was only 1 night in March 2025 due to visiting family in the area everyting was perfect, Very friendly staff, clean room and hotel grounds and everything worked as it should. I was amazed at how quiet it was being located near a highway. I often choose Holiday Inn Express when traveling this place is definitely a too thumbs up, I highly recommend it. Great value too”
